We’ve changed — but not in the ways that matter most.

You might have noticed we look a little different. New logo. Fresher energy. Same mild addiction to pink.
After a lot of reflection (and some robust opinions about fonts), we’re ready to share a new chapter in the Mara story.
This isn’t a total reinvention. It’s evolution — the confident kind. We’ve grown, stretched and sharpened our edges, but our purpose hasn’t changed: engage with purpose, make the complex simple and create change that sticks (and yes, sometimes sparkles).
Why we rebranded
Our old logo had a good run. We wanted something that matched who we are now — a bit more self-assured, a bit less “look at me.” Still bold, but in the kind of way that doesn’t need to yell.
It’s a look that fits the team behind it: strategists, engagement specialists, communicators, media minds, designers and problem-solvers.
So yes, it’s new. But it’s still us. Just better dressed.
And still pink. Always pink.
The process
No drama. No chaos. Just collaboration — the good kind.


Our marketing maestro Sheree Gover led the vision, and our design guru Gabriella Chan turned it into something beautiful. The rest of us offered the kind of brutally honest feedback only teammates can give (and yes, there is a difference between pink and Mara pink).
The result? A brand that feels exactly like us — smart, human and proudly allergic to corporate nonsense.

We’re still doing what we do best — engagement, communication, government relations and facilitation, but we’ve added a few extra tools to the pink kit.

What hasn’t changed
Under the new paint, it’s still the same Mara.
We still believe the best work happens with people, not to them. We still listen more than we talk. We still tell it straight — with empathy, insight and the occasional dry joke.
The new look just gives all that clarity and care a fresher frame.
Looking forward
This rebrand isn’t a reset. It’s a glow-up.
We’ll keep working with organisations that want to do good work — the real kind — that leaves things better than we found them.
