An IAP2-accredited senior practitioner with over 25 years’ experience across government, resources, energy, development and infrastructure projects.
Kelly has extensive experience leading stakeholder engagement and media strategy for complex and contentious projects in Australia and Canada, with strong government insight and policy advocacy expertise.
